Scheduling Shows

Within the first 10 days of the month, Coordinating Stage Manager emails all Stage Managers to determine schedule preferences for the upcoming month. 
Stage Managers rank eight dates of availability and provide any dates they are unavailable.
Each stage manager is scheduled for a default of 4-5 shifts unless otherwise discussed.
Schedule is finalized no later than the 15th of the month
This allows two weeks notice before the 1st of the upcoming month.
When the schedule is published, an email is sent out.

Includes a link to the Stage Manager Google calendar
This calendar is shared with AD Staff, Stage Managers, and Directors
Delclose is updated to show scheduled Stage Managers
Delclose is the source of truth in call cases of conflict.
After the schedule is published, any changes to the calendar must be notified
Two weeks advance notice is required for all changes. 
No staff is expected to conform to changes made with < 2 weeks notice.
If shows cannot be covered by a Stage Manager, parties are informed
Producers may attempt to find approved coverage.
Approved means someone with training from Stage Werx and access codes.
This person can be a performer in the show, but they must find a trained tech who is not a member of the show as well.
