Influence – Appointees are held to a higher standard
Whether actual or perceived, all of our appointed roles come with influence that can be improperly
used. Endgames Improv assigns roles for owner, director, teacher, producer, stage manager, audition committee member, volunteers and others as we see fit.
As an appointee, you hereby agree to use this influence for your role description only and not for
Conduct – We care about everyone
Endgames Improv believes that all members of our community have the right to learn and hone their improv in a clean, supportive and non-threatening environment. In order to establish this environment, appointees are asked to agree to certain ground rules pertaining to inappropriate conduct. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to:
-- Consuming drugs or alcohol during class/workshops.
-- Being visibly intoxicated during all other Endgames operations.
-- Destruction of physical class space (including but is not limited to walls, chairs, lights, stages, and doors).
-- Inappropriate verbal, physical or sexual conduct with anyone involved with Endgames operations.
-- Using your role to pressure others for your material gain.
Inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and will result in demotion, suspension, or removal from the appointment or community. To report any ethical or policy violations, Endgames Improv maintains an internal reporting mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org and contracts with Lighthouse Services for anonymous reporting email@example.com or (844) 280-0005.
