The Endgames Reporting Line

In order to make our community a safer place, Endgames contracts with Lighthouse Services to give everyone (students, performers, teachers, and producers) access to a 24/7, 365-day a year anonymous hotline. We want everyone in our community, whoever you are, to feel comfortable reporting any ethical violations, or anything that makes you feel unsafe. A phone number, email address, and website are all listed at the end of this message.

While Endgames believes in transparency, we know not everyone is always comfortable reporting everything that happens. Fear of retribution and retaliation are real, and shouldn’t prevent anyone from reporting wrongdoing.

Reports may cover but are not limited to the following:

  • Sexual Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Ethical violations
  • Threats
  • Wrongful Discharge
  • Fraud
  • Unsafe Working Conditions
  • Bribery and Kickbacks
  • Internal Controls
  • Improper Conduct
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Theft and Embezzlement
  • Vandalism and Sabotage
  • Violation of Endgames Policy
  • Theft
  • Violation of the Law
  • Alcohol and Substance Abuse
  • Misuse of Endgames Property
  • Conduct Violations
  • Falsification of Contracts, Reports or Records

Reports are collected by Lighthouse’s staff and anonymized. They’re sent to Endgames as text, and only the Endgames directors ever see them. Lighthouse helps us have confidential communication with reporters, preserving anonymity. We’ll respond to in a timely fashion, usually 48 hours. If you want to know more about the service, there’s a training video.

A couple things this isn’t. It’s not an emergency service. You can still contact us directly, and we’ll never discourage you from contacting law enforcement or other emergency services if they’re needed. Also, we shouldn’t even have to mention it, but the reporting line is only to be used for real reports (we all like a good bit, but this is serious and we will take action if it’s misused).

We believe in this place. We believe it’s a space for all of us where we can all feel comfortable, all have the opportunity to learn and grow, and all expect decent treatment from one another. We’ve been growing, and in order to grow in a way that can be safe for everyone, we want everyone to know what’s expected of them, and what they can do if anything goes wrong.
